To reach our goals we need:
1. A Plan.
2. A Schedule to action the Plan within certain time frames.
3. Weekly To Do Lists listing what we need to do for each day of the week.
Therefore, to create a Business we need a Business Plan.
The Business Plan:
You need to create a viable business plan, then work the plan. Use it as a guide to operate your business.
There is no way you can run a business in your mind without a plan.
Record everything so you can monitor your business.
A business plan is a living document and you will need to adjust the plan from time to time to include improvements.
This is what you need to do:
* Create a folder called "business plans" in your file manager.
*Create a sub-folder under "business plans" with the name of your first online business.
* Continue creating new sub folders for each new online business as your online network increases.
* Open notebook (or your favourite text editor) and create a file called "nameofyourbusinessplan.txt" in the sub folder you just created. Write your business plan in this file.
* Then go to: http://www.planware.org/eguide.htm and download EGUIDE.ZIP or EGUIDE.EXE (It's free).
Set it up on your computer and you will have all the free resources you need to
create a comprehensive business plan.
The Schedule:
Is a flow chart for actioning the Plan within certain time frames.
Things To Do List:
Weekly things to do lists detail things to do for each day of the week.
Methodically work your way through the list each day and tick off the tasks as they are completed.
In this way, creating a business is as easy as completing a to do list each day. In fact, if you do it any other way, such as from memory, it leads to a businessman's worst enemy - procrastination.
